- Can I schedule a specific delivery time? Our goal is to deliver your flowers within the promised window while keeping them fresh and beautiful. Standard delivery. Deliveries occur between 9am–6pm on weekdays and 9am–5pm on weekends. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times (e.g. “by 11am”),

- What should I do if my flowers arrived damaged? Every bouquet is made with care, and damage is rare — but if something isn’t right, we’ll put it right. When to contact us.
