Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

We deliver on most days of the week, with a few exceptions.

Weekend deliveries

We deliver on Saturdays in our metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane).

Saturday deliveries operate within the standard delivery window (9am-6pm).

If you, or the order notes, authorise us to leave the flowers if no one is home, we will leave them in a reasonable place. Saturday metro deliveries may be left without a signature if no one is home, still in a reasonable place. If we leave them with a neighbour we will leave a card.

Sundays

We do not deliver on Sundays. If you would like flowers for Sunday, choose Saturday at checkout.

Public holidays

Public holidays follow the calendar at checkout. If a date is selectable, we are delivering that day. If it is not selectable, we are not.

Regional deliveries (via StarTrack)

StarTrack and other regional courier runs are on business days. If checkout said StarTrack may arrive a day either side, arrival one day either side of the selected date is not, by itself, late.

Delivery fee

Checkout shows the delivery fee for that order and address. Standard delivery is typically $24.95 AUD. Orders from $250 AUD usually qualify for free shipping.
