Fig & Bloom gift cards can be used on figandbloom.com.
If your card has a code, enter it at checkout in the box labelled “Gift card or discount code” (or “Discount code or gift card”). Apply it before you pay. If the order is more than the card balance, pay the rest with another method. If the card is worth more than the order, the leftover balance stays on the card.
The $25 physical gift card is a keepsake, not an email code. It is valid until 30 June 2027. If it came as a complimentary extra on an order over $100, and the product page said there is no code to redeem, we apply that card as set out on https://figandbloom.com/products/25-gift-card.
Only one gift card or discount code can be applied per order. To use a gift card with another promotion, email service@figandbloom.com or call 1300 447 934 before you order.
Store credit is different. If we have issued store credit to your account, log in before checkout and it should appear as a payment option.
