The portal works 24/7, so it’s especially helpful outside business hours.
Timing matters
Updates can be made as long as your flowers haven’t yet been prepared.
For same-day deliveries, changes need to be made as soon as possible after checkout.
If it’s too late
Once your card has already been prepared, we won’t be able to add or change your message.
You’re always welcome to send a follow-up card directly to the recipient if needed.
