What happens if I need to reschedule delivery?Updated a month ago
We understand that sometimes the original delivery date may no longer suit.
Rescheduling before dispatch
If your flowers haven’t yet been prepared or collected by our courier, we can usually update your delivery date.
Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the new preferred date.
Same-day deliveries
For same-day orders, rescheduling is only possible if you contact us immediately after placing your order.
Once flowers are being prepared or are out for delivery, rescheduling isn’t possible.
If it’s too late
If your order has already been dispatched, we can’t redirect it to a later date.
In this case, we’ll help you place a new order for your preferred day.
Tip
To avoid disappointment, try to get in touch as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
