Because flowers are seasonal and availability changes daily, there may be times when a particular bloom or product isn’t in stock.
Fresh flowers
If a specific flower isn’t available, our florists will substitute with blooms of equal or greater value.
Substitutions are always made in line with the chosen style and colour palette, so the overall look of your bouquet remains true to the design you selected.
Add-ons and gifts
If a non-perishable product (such as a candle, chocolate, or hamper item) is temporarily out of stock, we’ll contact you as soon as possible with alternative options of equal or higher value.
If you prefer, you may choose to receive store credit or a refund for the unavailable item.
