You can update your details anytime to make sure your flowers are delivered correctly.
Self-service portal
Updating an order
To update information relating to an order, visit orders.figandbloom.com to edit:
- Delivery date
- Delivery address
- Recipient name
- Greeting card message
Updates can be made 24/7, even outside business hours.
Updating your customer profile
If you want to permanently change information on your customer profile, instead you should visit account.figandbloom.com and click your initials on the top right corner. Then click Profile to update your information.
From your Profile settings page you can
- edit your first and last name
- add, edit or delete a delivery address
- add or delete payment information
When changes are possible
For future-dated deliveries, updates can usually be made until the flowers are being prepared.
For same-day deliveries, changes must be made immediately after checkout. Once your order is in production, we can’t guarantee updates.
