We’d be sad to see you go, but cancelling your subscription is simple and flexible.
Using the self-service portal
Visit account.figandbloom.com and log in with your account details.
Navigate to your subscription settings and select Cancel subscription.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is complete.
Timing
Cancellations made before your next billing date will stop future deliveries.
If your flowers have already been prepared or dispatched, that delivery will go ahead as scheduled, and the cancellation will take effect from the following cycle.
Restarting later
You can restart your subscription at any time by logging back into the portal and reactivating it.
Tip
If you’re cancelling because of a short-term change (like going away), consider pausing instead. Pausing keeps your subscription ready to resume when you are.
