We know circumstances can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel an order.
Same-day deliveries
Orders for same-day delivery can usually only be cancelled if you contact us immediately after placing the order.
Once flowers have been prepared or dispatched with our courier, cancellation is no longer possible.
Future-dated deliveries
If your delivery is scheduled for a later date, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
We can usually cancel and refund the order if notice is given at least one business day before the delivery date.
Refunds
Eligible cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
