How do I add a personal card message to my order?Updated a month ago
Every flower delivery includes the option to add a thoughtful card message.
At checkout
After you’ve chosen your flowers and add-ons, you’ll see a field to enter your personal message.
If you do not add one of our premium greeting cards to your purchase, your message will be printed and attached to our complimentary greeting card which is 10x10cm in size.
However, if you choose to purchase one of our premium greeting cards your message will be handwritten.
Using the AI Message Builder
If you’re stuck for words, try our AI-powered message maker.
Choose from common themes like:
- Happy Birthday
- Thank You
- Get Well Soon, or
Thinking of You.
The tool will generate message ideas instantly.
You can also refine them — make the message shorter, funnier, more supportive, or rephrase it — until it feels just right.
Writing your own message
If you prefer, you can simply type your own note the old-fashioned way.
Messages are limited to 200 characters on our complimentary card, or up to 1,200 characters if you upgrade to a premium greeting card.
Forgotten messages
If you complete checkout without adding a message, you can update your order anytime through our order management portal: orders.figandbloom.com
Simply log in, select your order, and add your message before the flowers are prepared.
