Deliveries are scheduled every Thursday. If you order before 1 pm on Thursday, your subscription can start that week; after that cut-off, deliveries begin the following week. Regional deliveries via StarTrack generally arrive one to two business days later.

What if I miss a delivery?

If no one is home, our couriers may safely leave the flowers or arrange redelivery. Regional deliveries are handled with protective packaging to keep flowers fresh. If something goes wrong, our customer care team will make it right.

How much does Flower Club cost?

Each Flower Club delivery is billed at $50 plus $13.95 delivery, charged per week or fortnight rather than upfront for the year. Promotional offers may be available from time to time — keep an eye out for launch specials or seasonal discounts.
