  • Delivery date
  • Delivery address
  • Recipient name
  • Greeting card message

Changes can be made anytime, day or night.

Using the portal ensures your updates are applied quickly, even outside business hours.

When to contact us

If your order is due for same-day delivery and preparation has already begun, changes may not be possible through the portal.

In that case, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number and updated details.
