Changes can usually be made if you contact us before your flowers leave our studio.
For same-day delivery, this means getting in touch as soon as possible after placing your order.
How to make a change
We’ve created a simple portal (orders.figandbloom.com) where you can update your order anytime — day or night.
It’s especially handy outside business hours, and during the day it helps our customer care team focus on urgent calls and troubleshooting.
Please visit orders.figandbloom.com to update any of the following details directly:
- Delivery date
- Delivery address
- Recipient name
- Greeting card message
If it’s too late
Once your flowers are already with our courier, we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery date or address.
In these cases, we’ll work with you to find the best possible solution, such as arranging a re-delivery fee if needed.
