We put a lot of love into every order, and we want your Fig & Bloom experience to be nothing short of delightful.

Fresh Flowers

Because flowers are delicate and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, wilted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
If eligible, we may offer an exchange, store credit, or partial refund.

To qualify for an exchange, flowers must:

  • Be in their original condition, and

  • Be available for collection within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note: each arrangement is handcrafted and influenced by seasonal availability. While we always aim to match the style and palette shown online, substitutions of equal or greater value may sometimes occur.

Non-Perishable Products

For gifts such as vases, candles, or other non-perishable items, we can offer an exchange if:

  • You notify us within 14 days of delivery, and

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and able to be collected (or returned) in resellable condition.

For change-of-mind exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping or recollection costs.

How to request a refund or exchange
