Can I change the delivery address or date after placing an order?Updated a month ago

We understand plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to update your order.

Cut-off times

Changes can usually be made if you contact us before your flowers leave our studio.

For same-day delivery, this means getting in touch as soon as possible after placing your order.

How to request a change

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the new details.

Our team will confirm whether the change is possible and update your order accordingly.

If it’s too late

Once your flowers are already with our courier, we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery date or address.

In these cases, we’ll work with you to find the best possible solution, such as arranging a re-delivery fee if needed.
