We understand how important it is that your flowers arrive at the right place and on time. If there is an issue with timing or delivery details, here’s what you can do.
If your order is late
Deliveries can be made right up until the end of the delivery window (6pm weekdays, 5pm weekends).
If it is past the delivery window and your order still hasn’t arrived, please check the tracking link you received by email or SMS.
If the tracking does not provide clarity, contact our Customer Service team with your order number.
If your order was delivered to the wrong address
Confirm the delivery address you provided in your order confirmation.
If the address provided was correct, contact us immediately at [email protected].
We will investigate with our courier partner and arrange either a redelivery or replacement as quickly as possible.
