What if my order hasn't arrived?Updated a month ago

We know how important it is that your flowers arrive on time — and we’ll help you quickly if something goes wrong. 

First Steps

Check the tracking link sent to your email or SMS on delivery day. This will show the live status of your order.

Sometimes deliveries may be made right up until the end of the delivery window (6pm weekdays, 5pm weekends).

If It’s Past the Delivery Window

Please double-check the delivery address and recipient details in your order confirmation.

If everything looks correct but your order still hasn’t arrived, reach out to our Customer Service team straight away.

Out of Hours

If it’s outside business hours, send us an email at [email protected].

We monitor messages first thing the next business day and will prioritise missed deliveries for immediate resolution.

If your order has been delayed, misdelivered, or missed entirely, we’ll work with you to:
