If you used a discount code or gift card, check that it was applied at checkout.
How to report an incorrect charge
Email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and (if possible) a screenshot of the charge on your bank or PayPal statement.

If you were overcharged, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a store credit if you prefer.

Note on pending charges
