How do refunds work if I cancel an order?Updated a month ago

We know plans can change. Here’s what you need to know about cancelling an order and how refunds are handled.

Cancelling your order

Orders cancelled outside of 48 hours from the requested delivery time will incur a 50% administration charge.

Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the delivery date are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds are made back to the same credit card used for the original purchase.

Why these rules exist

Every arrangement is made to order, and flowers are sourced especially for your delivery. Once we’ve begun preparing for your order, costs are already incurred that cannot be recovered.

If there’s an issue with your flowers

Because flowers are perishable, we do not accept returns.

If your flowers are damaged, wilted, or incorrect, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected]

You may be eligible for a replacement, exchange, store credit, or partial refund depending on the situation.

We may request photos of the flowers and, in some cases, collect the original arrangement at the time of replacement.

Non-perishable products

Items like vases, candles, or other gifts may be exchanged if you notify us within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return shipping or recollection costs for change-of-mind exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Our commitment

We put a lot of care into every order. If something hasn’t gone right, we’ll work with you to resolve it fairly and promptly, in line with our refund policy and terms of service.
