Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details.
Order Status Updates
You can check the status of your order any time here: https://account.figandbloom.com/orders
And you can track your order via the Shop app: https://shop.app/m/krampg62c1
These pages will show whether your flowers are being prepared, out for delivery, or delivered.
Possible Order Statuses
- Unfulfilled: The order has been placed, but no action has been taken to process or ship the items.
- Partially fulfilled: Some, but not all, items in an order have been shipped.
- Fulfilled: All items in the order have been shipped.
- On hold: The order is temporarily suspended, awaiting payment, stock issues to be resolved, or for other reasons such as manual holds or upsell offers.
- Scheduled: The order is set aside to be processed and shipped at a later date, often used for pre-orders or subscriptions.
- Awaiting shipment: All items have been processed and packaged, but they haven't left the warehouse yet.
- Ready for delivery: The order is prepared for local delivery and is either out for delivery or about to be.
- Delivered: The order has been successfully delivered to the customer.
- Cancelled: The order has been canceled and the fulfillment process is halted.
- Archived: The order has been completed and moved out of the active order list, often after fulfillment and delivery.
Real-Time Tracking
For metro deliveries (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane), our courier partner provides live GPS tracking. You’ll see when the driver is on the way and when delivery has been completed.
If You Can’t Find Tracking Info
Check your spam/junk folder in case the email slipped through.
Make sure the mobile number and email provided at checkout were entered correctly.
