Can I schedule a specific delivery time?Updated a month ago

Our goal is to deliver your flowers within the promised window while keeping them fresh and beautiful.

Standard delivery

Deliveries occur between 9am–6pm on weekdays and 9am–5pm on weekends.

We cannot guarantee exact delivery times (e.g. “by 11am”), as routes are planned throughout the day to ensure efficiency across all orders. We accept same day orders until 1 pm and we are constantly recalculating delivery plans until all orders are received.

Special timing needs

For events, weddings, or corporate functions that require delivery at a specific time, please contact our Customer Service team in advance.

We can arrange tailored delivery services for these occasions and will confirm any additional costs or requirements before proceeding.

Tip

If you need flowers ready at a precise time but cannot arrange a special booking, consider selecting delivery for the day prior. Flowers will still be fresh and looking their best.
